Preschool Survey

All Saints CofE Primary, with support from Futura Learning Partnership, are proposing to open new pre-school provision on site, at All Saints CofE Primary school.

As you may be aware, changes to the eligibility criteria for nursery and pre-school places are on-going with many more families being eligible for funded hours, than in previous years.

As such, the government has announced additional capital funding to support the creation of additional capacity, by refurbishing and utilising existing spaces in schools. This funding is referred to as the School-based Nursery (SBN) Capital Grant.

All Saints CofE primary, with support from Futura Learning Partnership, are proposing to apply for SBN capital funds, in December 2024.

To this end, we are seeking to understand local demand for both age range and wrap-around care to inform our proposal, via a public consultation.

The survey will be live from Monday 18^th November until Monday 9^th December.

The school has already, within Siams, been commended on its vibrant and exciting curriculum which provides a great breadth of rich and creative experiences. Ofsted validated that the pupils find learning fun and develop positive attitudes to learning. The school’s vision promotes aspiration and confidence, which would enable a very positive effect on pupils’ learning and behaviour. These principles and approaches would underpin the provision and delivery of our preschool curriculum offer, engaging and inspiring pupils who attend.
